Retreat Registration for Previous Submitted Requests

For guests that have previously reached out to KAREfarm to inquire about a retreat or who have already attended a retreat.

Choose the date(s) that work with your schedule. If the retreat is FULL, we will add you to the wait list. NOTE: We work individually with you to ensure your retreat experience is the most beneficial, including grouping you with people who have experienced similar losses, when possible.
This could be someone helping you through your grief or someone experiencing the loss as well. If so, please list the person's name and their relationship to you. Attendance at a retreat is limited to individuals 18 years or older.
I understand that as a guest of a KAREfarm retreat, retreat leaders are not trained counseling professionals, and that the sole purpose of attending this retreat is to simply find community and support in this grief journey in nature. I give my consent for use of any photographs taken during retreat activities. I also understand that by confirming a spot at a weekend retreat, KAREfarm is committing resources to make this happen and I promise to attend. Finally, I understand that this event is free of charge. To help as many people as possible, I agree to provide no less than 2 weeks notice so that my spot can be filled if I cannot attend.
